

Personal training in Exeter
I offer personal training sessions, both 1-1 and small groups in and around Exeter
I have over 15 years' experience in personal training. I can help you with your goals, weather they are weight loss, building strength toning up, or rehab from injury or illness.
Normally sessions are an hour long and most people do 1 a week with me and work from their own program which I create for the rest of the week with the individuals goals in mind. If you prefer to do more than one session a week with me or just the occasional session we can arrange that.
With most of my PT Clients the main focus in the gym is lifting weights, building strength and then a fun workout at the end for conditioning. The sessions are varied and fun and designed to suit the individual.

Prices are £45 per session booked in blocks of one month - £180 per month.
1 session a week plus programming.
